After-sale service

◆ The warranty period for the product is one year from the date of purchase.

◆ If the product malfunctions due to quality issues, our company will provide free repair services and replace the product if necessary.

◆ If the product is damaged and cannot function properly due to improper use by the user (such as static electricity, improper welding, wiring, overcurrent, overvoltage use, etc.), the product can generally only be scrapped.

Transportation damage handling

◆ To ensure that you receive the goods in good condition, please open the box and inspect the goods in person with the carrier, confirm that the products are not damaged or missing during transportation, and then sign for them.

◆ If there is any transportation damage or missing, please do not sign for it. Keep the goods, packaging materials, and accessories intact and contact our company immediately. On the day of receipt, if the purchaser has no objection to receiving the product, it shall be deemed as accepted, and our company shall not be liable for any damage to the goods (unless otherwise agreed in the contract).
